The iris genus is named for the Greek goddess of the rainbow, because rises come in every color. The Bearded Iris cultivar—which gets its name from the soft bristles on the lower flower petals—was selected for the Founders Garden to produce a light purple flower that can bloom from early spring well into June. Your gift includes nine of these delightful plants.
